It appears that changing your thoughts is all it takes to change your world, but thoughts aren’t the easiest thing in the world to change. Many of a person’s thoughts each day are the result of habitual thinking, or thinking the same thoughts over and over again, day after day. It takes effort to undo this type of thinking and have new thoughts. However, if you can train yourself to think more positively, your world will improve. The inverse is also true, which is why you should pay attention to how your thoughts affect you.
